THE OROSIAN CYCLE

Humanity left Earth to survive.
What followed them into the stars would determine what humanity became.

THE STORY

Earth was dying. Humanity’s answer was to leave it behind.

The survivors who escaped into the stars carried more than technology, ambition, and the hope of beginning again. They carried the same divisions, questions, and beliefs that had shaped humanity for thousands of years.

Among them is Solon, a man raised within the powerful Continuum who begins to believe humanity's future lies somewhere other than the path chosen for it.

What begins as humanity's escape from Earth becomes something far greater…a journey across generations, worlds, and the question of what remains of us when everything familiar is left behind.

EARTH

Futuristic cityscape at sunset with space rockets launching, flying spacecraft, high-rise buildings, bridges, and waterfalls in the foreground.

Humanity’s birthplace. A world pushed beyond its limits. As Earth begins to fail, survival means leaving everything familiar behind.

WORLDS OF THE OROSIAN CYCLE
Humanity’s journey didn’t end when it left Earth.

THE CONTINUUM

The Continuum and the interior of a futuristic space station with people walking and socializing, large windows showing Earth and spaceships outside, grand statues, and illuminated decor.

Humanity survives among the stars under the order and protection of the Continuum. Powerful, disciplined, and certain of the path humanity must follow.

ORI’EL

Space scene with a spaceship fleet orbiting Ori'el, with visible clouds, mountains, and lakes, and stars in the background.

A destination known by some only through fragments of belief and ancient promises. For Solon, Ori’el represents the possibility that humanity’s journey has a purpose beyond survival.

PEOPLE OF THE OROSIAN CYCLE

Humanity’s future would be shaped by those who chose its path.

SOLON
The one who chose another path.

Raised within the powerful Continuum, Solon has spent his life among those entrusted with humanity’s future. But as humanity travels farther from Earth, he begins to question whether survival alone is enough; and whether the path chosen for them is truly the only one.

AZRIENA SARALI

The general who raised him.

A respected general of the Continuum and the woman who raised Solon as her own. Azriena believes deeply in order, duty, and the civilization her family helped preserve. Yet behind the authority of her uniform is a mother whose loyalty to the Continuum is complicated by her loyalty to the son she chose.

ZAREK’AI (K’AI)

The heir born to the Continuum.

Azriena and Solari’s biological son and Solon’s adoptive brother, K’ai was born into the world Solon was brought into. Charming, privileged, and shaped by expectations of legacy, he represents a generation that has never known life outside the Continuum, and sees its survival as inseparable from his family’s own.

SOLARI CAYMIER

The son of a dynasty.

Born into one of the Continuum’s most powerful families, Solari carries the expectations of generations before him. As husband to Azriena and father to Solon and K’ai, his family stands at the intersection of political power, military authority, and the uncertain future of humanity.

XELADORA

The life Solon chose for himself.

Far removed from the ruling circles that shaped Solon’s childhood, Xeladora comes from the working class of the Continuum. She knows a very different version of humanity’s survival than its leaders do. As Solon’s wife and the mother of their children, she keeps him connected to the people living beneath the decisions of those in power.
